Two packaged
applications.

Built for the two ends of the same problem: a contractor with crews and equipment in the field, and an independent sub who is the crew. Both are in production.

Product 01

Field Time and Equipment Capture Application

A web based application that flows into your ERP.

The situation

Contractors face persistent operational challenges in field data capture that directly hit profitability:

  • ·Manual paper-based timesheets are error-prone and cause payroll delays
  • ·Equipment hours are often untracked or inaccurately recorded, leading to cost overruns or incorrect cost recoveries
  • ·Daily LEMS (Labour, Equipment, Material Sheets) and field tickets are created manually, causing bottlenecks in billing and client approvals
  • ·Remote job sites frequently lack reliable cellular or internet service, making cloud-only solutions impractical
  • ·Progress tracking is disconnected from time and cost data, reducing project visibility
  • ·Office staff spend significant hours re-entering field data into accounting and payroll systems

What it does

Offline Time Capture
Mobile time entry that works with zero connectivity. Data syncs automatically when service is restored. Eliminates the single biggest barrier to digital adoption on remote job sites.
Direct Field & Foreman Entry
Foremen enter time directly on their phone. On projects without admin staff, time flows straight to the Superintendent for review. On smaller projects without a Superintendent, time goes directly to the office for centralized admin review.
Equipment Tracking
Capture equipment hours by project, cost code, and activity. Built-in equipment class logic, upload integration, and best-of-rates calculations on equipment tickets by day and ticket number.
Daily LEMS / Tickets
Generate professional daily LEMS and field tickets directly from captured data. Tailored ticket formatting and summaries for each client. Material invoices on tickets. Transparent ticket / not-on-ticket workflow.
Built-In Pay Rules & Controls
Employee class and hour logic built in. Travel rules built in and reportable. Flexible LOA adjustments for one-off projects. Form controls on entry for Travel, LOA, and other pay categories.
Daily Roster & Equipment Checks
Daily roster and equipment check ensures no employee or piece of equipment is missed. Eliminates the most common source of payroll errors and billing omissions.
Project Reviews & Workflow
Supervisors and project managers review and approve time and equipment entries before submission to the office. Workflow requires submittal and ticket alignment, ensuring data accuracy at the source.
Progress Tracking
Record and monitor project progress tied to actual hours and resources, providing real-time visibility into project performance.
Reporting & Dashboards
Hours by trade and billing class, company and project dashboards with status transparency, and customizable reporting on virtually any data point. Daily field reports for Superintendent sign-offs.
ERP Integration
Syncs with your ERP via structured export. Easier uploads with version control on rate tables. Increased transparency at office level into timesheet status and workflow.
Who it's for

Contractors running crews and equipment across multiple projects, with an ERP already in place and field data still arriving on paper or in Excel.

Product 02

Work Application

Job tracking that remembers how the work is done, not just that it happened.

Why

Job software makes you pick a side. A procedure library knows how the work should be done but nothing about your week. A scheduler fills the diary and forgets everything the moment a job closes. Either way, the knowledge that matters stays in somebody's head.

What

Work App keeps three things as separate records that cross each other: the procedure, the thing being worked on, and the day it happened. Every job is recorded where all three meet, so time, materials, notes and money attach to the actual work rather than to a vague line in a list. Ask how long that one site really takes, and there is an answer.

How

Write a procedure once. Book it against whatever it is done to. Work through it on your phone: tick the steps, run the timer, record what you used. The office side sees the same job with its cost, its time against estimate, and a button to invoice it. Nothing is entered twice.

Features

  • ·Procedures with steps, tools and materials, versioned, so improving one never rewrites history.
  • ·Time and materials recorded against the exact job, on the exact thing.
  • ·Repeating work set up once, that then simply appears.
  • ·A schedule that leads with what is overdue, and a month view when you want it.
  • ·Invoices built from what was actually recorded, priced by rules you set once.
  • ·Every name is yours: Service, Client, Appointment, whatever you call them.
Who it's for

Independent Alberta sub-contractors and owner-operators. 5 to 30 crew. Running on spreadsheets and grit.
